Ingredients
- 1 package sausages of your choosing
- 1 lb fresh asparagus
- 1 cup sliced grape/cherry tomatoes
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper, oregano to taste
Instructions
- The Prep: Slice Italian sausages (or chicken sausages) into rounds. Chop asparagus into 2-inch pieces and halve grape/cherry tomatoes.
- The Cook: Toss everything on a large baking sheet with olive oil, salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
- The Heat: Roast at 400°F for about 15–20 minutes.
- The Finish: Top with a dusting of Parmesan cheese as soon as it comes out of the oven.
- Serve with: A side of rice or inside a toasted hoagie roll.
