Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 lbs asparagus, trimmed
- 4 strips lemon zest
- Juice from ½ a lemon
- Coarse salt & ground pepper
Directions
- Heat oil in a large skillet.
- Add asparagus and season with salt & Pepper.
- Cook, tossing occasionally, until crisp tender.
- Add lemon zest and cook 1 minute.
- Add lemon juice, toss to coat, and serve warm.
