Roasted Turnips and Pears


  • 4-6 turnips, cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 2 pears, cored and cut into ½ inch cubes
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp raw honey



  1. Preheat over to 475°.
  2. Lay parchment paper on a large baking sheet.
  3. Toss turnips and pears with coconut oil and salt.
  4. Place on parchment paper and roast for 30 min, flipping them halfway through.
  5. 5 minutes before finished, drizzle with honey.
