Ingredients
- 4-6 turnips, cut into ½ inch cubes
- 2 pears, cored and cut into ½ inch cubes
- ½ cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp raw honey
Directions
- Preheat over to 475°.
- Lay parchment paper on a large baking sheet.
- Toss turnips and pears with coconut oil and salt.
- Place on parchment paper and roast for 30 min, flipping them halfway through.
- 5 minutes before finished, drizzle with honey.
