  • 15 cups fresh sweet corn, cut off cob (roughly one ear per cup)
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1/8 cup canning salt
  • 5 cups ice water


  1. Mix sugar, canning salt, and ice water. 
  2. Add corn and stir well. 
  3. Distribute corn and liquid evenly between freezer containers and freeze for future use.
