Ingredients
- 3 slicing cucumbers
- ½ thinly sliced red onion
- ½ cup sour cream
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise (Hellmann’s)
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp dried dill OR ¼ cup fresh dill – (chopped)
- Pinch of salt & pepper
Directions
- Peel cucumbers if desired.
- Thinly slice cucumbers and place in bowl.
- Thinly slice red onion and place in bowl.
- Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl with a whisk. Pour over the cucumbers and onions. Mix together.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
- Stores in airtight container for 2-3 days.
