Ingredients
- 1 bunch of kale
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp garlic salt (less if desired)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Wash and dry the bunch of kale, remove the stems and either chop or tear the kale leaves into smaller pieces and place on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the leaves and massage very well with your hands. The more you massage the kale, the more tender it becomes.
- Once the kale is massaged with olive oil, sprinkle it with garlic powder and garlic salt. Mix together one more time.
- Place in oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes until the kale is cooked to your desired crispiness.
