Ingredients
- 1 pint Untiedt's Medley Grape Tomatoes
- 5 oz Black olives, sliced
- 1 Green bell pepper, diced
- 1 Red bell pepper, diced
- 1 Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Head of broccoli, chopped into small florets
- 1 Head of cauliflower, chopped into small florets
- 3 Carrots, thinly sliced
- 16 oz Italian Dressing
- 12 oz Box of whole grain rotini pasta
- 1 cup crumbled feta (optional)
Directions
- Cook pasta according to directions on box.
- While pasta is cooking, put all diced, chopped, and sliced veggies in a large mixing bowl.
- After pasta is cooked, rinse well in cold water.
- Add pasta to veggies then add bottle of dressing.
- Mix well. Add feta right before serving.
- For optimum flavor, let salad set and refrigerate overnight.
