Tomato Vegetarian Pasta Salad


  • 1 pint Untiedt's Medley Grape Tomatoes
  • 5 oz Black olives, sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 Red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Head of broccoli, chopped into small florets
  • 1 Head of cauliflower, chopped into small florets
  • 3 Carrots, thinly sliced 
  • 16 oz Italian Dressing
  • 12 oz  Box of whole grain rotini pasta
  • 1 cup crumbled feta (optional)



  1. Cook pasta according to directions on box.
  2. While pasta is cooking, put all diced, chopped, and sliced veggies in a large mixing bowl.
  3. After pasta is cooked, rinse well in cold water.
  4. Add pasta to veggies then add bottle of dressing.
  5. Mix well. Add feta right before serving. 
  6. For optimum flavor, let salad set and refrigerate overnight.
