- The glorious part about this recipe is that you can make as little or as much as you want!
- Simply roast your corn on the grill in its husk for about 25 minutes, turning it every so often.
- Slice it off the cob, and mix with chopped vegetables.
- Drizzle with a little bit of lime juice and olive oil.
- Tada! You have yourself a great fresh salsa.
Notes: Some people even enjoy adding some diced tomatoes or a can of black
beans as well. Enjoy!
