Ingredients
- 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- About 16 Radishes, cleaned and trimmed
- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper
Note: Serve on top of a crusty bread for an excellent appetizer.
Directions
- Place ricotta cheese in a small bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with 1/8 teaspoon salt, pepper, and mix together
- Serve with sliced radishes.
