Radishes with Creamy Ricotta


  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • About 16 Radishes, cleaned and trimmed
  • Kosher Salt
  • Black Pepper

Note: Serve on top of a crusty bread for an excellent appetizer.



  1. Place ricotta cheese in a small bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle with 1/8 teaspoon salt, pepper, and mix together
  3. Serve with sliced radishes.
