No Cook Tomatillo Salsa

  • 1/4 lb tomatillos, husks removed and diced small
  • 4 tbsp minced red onion
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • Coarse salt


  1. Combine tomatillos, onion, and jalapeno. Puree for a smooth, blended salsa.
  2. Season with salt to taste and let sit 10 min before serving. 
  3. To store, refrigerate in an air-tight container up to 3 days.
