Ingredients
- 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
- Coarse Salt
- Black Pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Toss carrots in olive oil and place on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
- While carrots are baking, whisk together the melted butter and honey.
- Remove carrots from oven once tender and pour the melted butter and honey over the top. Toss carrots to ensure they are coated.
- Serve with a sprinkle of coarse salt and a dash of pepper.
