Ingredients
- 14-16 apples
peeled, cored, and sliced - 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
Directions
- Take the washed apples, core and peel them, place them into the Instant Pot.
- Sprinkle with sugar & cinnamon, and add water.
- Put lid on and set manual pressure to 9 minutes.
- Let pressure naturally release for 10 minutes, then manually release the remaining pressure.
- With an immersion blender, blend the apples into apple sauce! If you don’t have an immersion blender, you can transfer the apples into a blender in small batches and blend until smooth.
Store in an airtight container in your refrigerator. Enjoy!
