Ingredients
- 1-2 heads of cauliflower
cut into florets - 3-5 tbsp of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Cut cauliflower into florets. This can be done in advance if you are looking to save time on a busy weeknight.
- Place the cauliflower in a mixing bowl and coat with olive oil by drizzling the oil over the top of the cauliflower and then tossing together. Start with 3 tbsp and add up to 2 more if needed.
- Once coated, place the cauliflower on a baking sheet and sprinkle with a dash of salt and pepper.
- Place in the oven and cook for 30-35 minutes, flipping the cauliflower halfway through.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with another dash of salt and pepper. Enjoy!
