Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels Sprouts
- 3 tbsp avocado oil, separated
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp honey
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with tinfoil.
- Slice sprouts in half, top to bottom and place on the foil lined sheet. Drizzle 2 tbsp of avocado oil over the top of the sprouts, along with a sprinkling of salt and pepper. Toss gently to ensure the sprouts are coated.
- Place in oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring at the 10 minute mark.
- While the sprouts are cooking, in a small bowl mix the remaining tbsp of oil, balsamic vinegar and honey together to create the glaze.
- At 20 minutes, remove the sprouts and drizzle the glaze over the top. Toss gently and place back in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
- Enjoy the sprouts served warm!
