We grow a rainbow of grape tomatoes because each one brings something unique to your palate. Next time you are at a farm stand or grocery store, grab a mixed pint and see if you can taste the difference! Which color is your favorite?
Classic Ruby Red: The traditional "tomato" flavor. Perfectly balanced between acidity and sweetness with a classic savory finish.
Golden Yellow: These are our "low-acid" champions. They are incredibly mild and sugary—usually the first ones kids (and adults!) pick out of the bowl to snack on.
Chocolate/Purple: These have a deep, complex, and almost smoky flavor. They contain higher levels of antioxidants (anthocyanins) and provide a rich "umami" kick to salads.
