Grape Tomatoes

Grape tomatoes make excellent "finger food" as an afternoon snack by themselves or on a veggie tray. They also add a pop of flavor to your dinner salad. We like to think of them as a secret weapon in the kitchen because their flavor intensifies beautifully when heated.

Grown vertically in our high tunnels, our grape tomato plants stand over 10 feet tall and will keep growing! With hundreds of ties holding the plants upright, each one of these little tomatoes is hand harvested at the peak of ripeness, meaning they’ve spent maximum time on the vine soaking up the sun.

Sold by the pint at farm stands. Look for plump, shiny skins with no wrinkles. A slight "give" when squeezed gently indicates they are ready for immediate eating. Choose from classic red or our vibrant medley mix of red, yellow, and chocolate varieties. Find out more about our medley grape tomatoes here >>

Just wash and eat!

If you find yourself with too many tomatoes (is that possible?), roast them at 250°F for 2 hours with thyme and garlic. They will shrink into "semi-dried" flavor bombs that you can store in a jar of olive oil for the best bruschetta topping you’ve ever had.

Do not freeze or refrigerate tomatoes. Cold temperatures break down the sugars and turn the texture mealy.

Keep them in a bowl on your counter, out of direct sunlight, to preserve that garden-fresh flavor. Put them in a paper bag if you want to accelerate the ripening process.
