Program Logistics
Cards are on sale now for the 2025 season. They will be available through Monday, May 12.
Purchase your membership online before our garden centers open for the season at the Membership page on Untiedt's website.
No, the card value does not expire. The Membership benefits (non monetary) expire at the end of the calendar year, but the remaining balance will be carried over to the next season. A card is not able to be returned for cash value.
Your card can be scanned at any retail location for your remaining balance. In addition, you can check your balance by visiting https://my.loopz.io/find-card and entering your card number. This will give you your balance, along with your transaction history. Your balance is also included in the "Weekly Farm Feature" email sent to you every Monday morning.
No, you are not able to add money to, or refill, the membership card at this time.
No, all memberships will be issued in one transaction.
Yes, once the card is added to your mobile wallet it can be shared with whomever you choose. Once it has been shared, that person will have access to the full amount of your card, we are not able to deny them access.
For the 2025 season, there are two membership levels. Purchase the $500 membership and receive an additional $50 bonus, or purchase the $200 membership and receive an additional $20 bonus. You can spend your membership dollars at Untiedt’s throughout the season.
You will receive regular updates from Untiedt’s about what is happening on the farm, what’s in season, along with helpful cooking tips and ideas on what to do with fresh, in-season produce. In addition, our What's Available Now page shows the produce you can expect to find when you visit our stands.
We will still carry a wide variety of farm fresh produce! We took your feedback and have added a few items back to our growing plans for the 2025 season. We will be growing some lettuce for special orders, kale, additional pepper varieties, and kohlrabi. Our What's Available Now? page will have up-to-date info on what you can expect every day.
Digital Memberships vs. Plastic Cards
All members will receive a scannable QR code that can be stored on your phone or mobile device, or in a digital wallet. However, you have the opportunity to also receive a physical card if you decide to do so. You MUST decide upon this before registration. A physical card cannot be added to your membership at a later time.
When you purchase a digital membership, you will receive an email with a QR code that can be saved to your mobile wallet. When you shop at Untiedt’s, scan your QR code at checkout and you’re all set.
The plastic card is just like a traditional gift card. This option is for someone who may not feel comfortable using their mobile wallet. You will still receive an email with your digital QR code, but no fear, we will mail your physical card to you in mid-April.

We offer memberships at two levels, $500 and $200. On top of what you pay, you’ll get an additional 10% bonus added to your membership balance.
Your membership works like a stored value card that can be used at any Untiedt’s location for any products ALL season long! In addition, you’ll receive access to special offers, flash sales, and early access to special events! Any unused dollars on your card will be carried over to the following year, but your other member benefits will expire at the end of the calendar year.
Your unused balance rolls over to 2025 and can be used at any time just like a regular gift card. Membership benefits expire at the end of each calendar year.
At this time, we are not selling access to just the benefits portion of the membership.
You can use your Untiedt’s Farm Membership card at any Untiedt’s location! This includes all of our Garden Centers, Vegetable Stands, and Farmers' Market locations. You can even use your card to pay for bulk produce purchases and special events on our website.
Yes! Simply enter your card number where you would typically enter a gift card number and click Apply. Your total will be subtracted from your remaining balance. Click here to view a step-by-step walkthrough of this process.
Asparagus to Zucchini and so many things in between, including flowers and squash and pumpkins galore! Enjoy everything Untiedt’s has to offer the entire Minnesota growing season. Cards are valid May 1 through October 31.

No, you may not use your membership to purchase another Untiedt's gift card.

Farm Tours have evolved to On-Farm events like Pick-Your-Own Strawberries. We’ll be experimenting with the addition of one or two additional Pick-Your-Own Events this season for our farm members.
Problem Solving
No, we did a total website overhaul in 2024 to launch our membership program. You no longer need an account on our website. All former credentials have been retired and are no longer valid.
While we wish we could be everywhere, we are not currently in the position to add additional retail locations. We hear you and feel your disappointment. One way to continue accessing Untiedt’s produce is by visiting our retail partners throughout the Minnesota growing season!
We send emails to our members weekly throughout the growing season, with news, produce suggestions, tips, and recipes.
Sometimes, those emails do not go through. Our system keeps track of who we send emails to, and whether they are opened or returned. We can't tell if emails are filtered out of your inbox, however.
We have seen that sometimes people accidentally block email addresses. If you use GMail or a Google email service, click here to check to see if this has happened to you, and for unblocking us if so. Look for info@untiedts.com and jenna@untiedts.com and unblock them if you see them listed.
If those email addresses do not appear as blocked, then it's likely that the emails are being filtered out somehow before they arrive at your inbox. Many security apps or programs on your phone or computer allow you to block email senders, as do many 3rd party apps. If you use any of these types of apps or programs, our emails could be filtered out there, and you would need to adjust those settings.
