Kohlrabi
Kohlrabi is an unlikely summer hero! A relative to cabbage and broccoli, it grows above ground and has a crunchy texture and slightly sweet flavor. Roasted, sautéed, or turned into a slaw, it’s become a favorite for so many of our customers.
Sold by the pound at farm stands by the pound. Kohlrabi is typically available from late June through July.
When this product is in season, it can be purchased at Untiedt's Farm Stands. We harvest by hand and deliver to our Farm Stands daily.
