Garlic Scapes
Garlic scapes have a mild flavor that make them the perfect addition to your morning scrambled eggs. Enjoy them while you can, because scape season is also short.
Typically in season: mid-June through early July. Sold at farm stands by the bunch.
When this product is in season, it can be purchased at Untiedt's Farm Stands. We harvest by hand and deliver to our Farm Stands daily.
