Green beans are delicious on their own. Garlic just makes them even better! The perfect side for any meal from pot roast to grilled fish.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs green beans
- 2 bulbs garlic
- ¼ tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Place oil in frying pan on the stove.
- Mince garlic into the oil on medium heat.
- Place green beans in pan and sauté for 10-15 min or until beans are tender.
- Top with a dash of salt and pepper, or freshly grated parmesan cheese.
