Short on time, but looking for an excellent vegetable serve alongside your main meal on a busy weeknight? Look no further. Roasted Cauliflower is easy and delicious. You can always season with your favorite seasonings to change up the flavor, making it a recipe you’ll make over and over again.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 heads of cauliflower
    cut into florets
  • 3-5 tbsp of olive oil
  • Salt 
  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Cut cauliflower into florets. This can be done in advance if you are looking to save time on a busy weeknight. 
  3. Place the cauliflower in a mixing bowl and coat with olive oil by drizzling the oil over the top of the cauliflower and then tossing together. Start with 3 tbsp and add up to 2 more if needed. 
  4. Once coated, place the cauliflower on a baking sheet and sprinkle with a dash of salt and pepper. 
  5. Place in the oven and cook for 30-35 minutes, flipping the cauliflower halfway through. 
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with another dash of salt and pepper. Enjoy!
