Roasted Brussels Sprouts are delicious but add a sweet little glaze and you have a homerun! Give this recipe a try and you’ll surely impress your dinner guests.


  • 1 pound Brussels Sprouts
  • 3 tbsp avocado oil, separated
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with tinfoil. 
  2. Slice sprouts in half, top to bottom and place on the foil lined sheet. Drizzle 2 tbsp of avocado oil over the top of the sprouts, along with a sprinkling of salt and pepper. Toss gently to ensure the sprouts are coated.   
  3. Place in oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring at the 10 minute mark. 
  4. While the sprouts are cooking, in a small bowl mix the remaining tbsp of oil, balsamic vinegar and honey together to create the glaze.
  5. At 20 minutes, remove the sprouts and drizzle the glaze over the top. Toss gently and place back in the oven for 5-7 minutes. 
  6. Enjoy the sprouts served warm!
